1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your") and Femshopi ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Femshopi website, mobile experience, and related services (collectively, the "Site").

By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use this Site and make purchases. By using the Site, you represent that all registration and checkout information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@femshopi.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, colours, and prices as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product details are error-free, and your screen may not accurately reflect the actual appearance of items.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

5. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

We accept major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Product MRP is inclusive of all tax. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorise us to charge the total order amount, including any applicable shipping fees.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, public holidays, or other events outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. By placing an order, you agree that:

• Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.
• A continuous unboxing video recorded at the time of first opening the package is mandatory for any return to be accepted.
• Items must be returned in the condition shown in the unboxing video and meet all other policy requirements.

We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not comply with our policy, including missing or non-compliant unboxing videos.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software — is owned by or licensed to Femshopi and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent return claims or altered unboxing videos.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or data.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site or its security features.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without permission.
• Resell products purchased from the Site for commercial purposes without authorisation.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Femshopi and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Femshopi from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or submission of fraudulent return requests.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kozhikode, Kerala, India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
