Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase.

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
• Beauty products must be unopened and unused.
• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return

1. Initiate your return: Visit our Contact Us page or email support@femshopi.com with your order number to request a return label.
2. Pack your items: Place the items you wish to return in the original package or a secure box.
3. Ship it back: Attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
